Having Cold, Cough, Stuffy Nose, Headaches, Bloody Noses And Fever. Any Suggestion?

Hi, I have been sick with a cold for a week now ( stuffy nose , headaches , bloody noses, cough and has all gotten better except the cough which is dry) and yesterday I spiked a fever. It was a low grade fever of about 99-100.5 yesterday and is now up to 103.1. I haven t been to the doctor yet but I m concerned about waiting until the morning. Any suggestions?
