Having Constant Cramps Especially During Mornings, Clear Discharge, Spotting After Stopped Taking Depo Shot. What Does This Mean?

I was due for my depo shot at the beginning of October, but decided not to get it. I haven't had sex since August. I constantly have cramps like I'm on my period. They are worse in the mornings. I also have clear/white discharge. I had spotting twice since October. Both times were just a one time thing. I'm not sure what this means.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for not having periods, and cramps is the anemia, or infection, So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
you may have to take the ultra sound for diagnosis of poly cystic ovarian syndrome, fibroids, etc .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, and dicyclomine injection when there is pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
