Having Crystal Meth Smoking Binge. Coughing Mucus From Throat. Suggest The Treatment?

I had been on a crystal meth smoking binge for a week. I often felt the need to cough up mucus from throat and or lungs. At the end of the week one day I coughed up a considerable amount of blood within clear mucus. I want to know what this may be symptoms of, how to determine whether or not its coming from my throat or lungs, and also what I should go about doing to handle this situation? Please answer these three questions. Thank you

Hi ! Meth smoking is a dangerous addiction, which may harm directly or indirectly with its ill effects such as:
1) You lose your appetite, and so land up in malnutrtion
2) Due to malnutrition, your immunity decreases to any kind of infection, and you become vulnerable to chronic infections, tuberculosis being one of the common infections in people with malnutrition and low immunity.
3) As such with a history of your need to cough up mucus from throat or lungs, it seems that you have developed some kind of chronic infection in your chest, and more so if you are also a tobacco smoker.
4) The blood which comes out from the lungs is usually frothy due to air bubbles which may not be so if it comes out from throat. To confirm it however, you have to get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a doctor.
5) To first thing you can do to handle the situation is have a strong determination to leave the habit of smoking tobacco, or meth immediately. Next contact your family physician or report to an ER of a hospital in your area at the earliest possible for further management , as coughing up blood in sputum can not be ignored.
I wish you all the luck to fight your urge of smoking followed by an early recovery. Thanks for using health care magic for your health query.
