Having Cyst In My Ovary That Is Growing, Should I Ask For Gynecology Help?

hi I have a cyst on my right ovary that is slowly growing, they said it is containing some solid parts and is thick walled, the report also says my ovary is bulky and my uterus and pelvis is covered in varicous veins, should I request to be referred to a gyne?
