Having Dark Brown To Dark Red Bleeding Since Taking Hydroxycut After Not Having Period For Two Years.

Im 22 years old. I havent had a period in two years. Two months ago I started taking hydroxycut...ever since I started taking it I been bleeding....its sometimes brown or dark brown to dark red to bright red.. been cramping too...im really scared and need help.
