Having Dark Lump Under Breast

I have a black spot that has a little bump and looks like a nipple under my breast. Sometimes it is itchy but it s not painful at all. Is it breast cancer lump? I am 30yrs old and my family does not have any history of breast cancer.

Hello, Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

As your symptoms suggest, probably you have an accessory nipple/areola; was it since birth? This is not a rare condition & may cause symptoms of itching, suggesting a fungal infection or eczema. Your age is not for a breast cancer. Still, for a final & firm diagnosis, I suggest that you consult a General Surgeon. You may or may not require a biopsy. You may also get it removed for cosmetic reasons. Wishing you best of health.
