Having Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chest Pain And Heart Rate 126. Should I Be Concerned?

My 3 year old son has been having diarrhea & occasional vomiting with no fever for over a week now. Took him to the clinic yesterday & wa told it was viral, stay away from dairy & caffeine. I know he's probably dehydrated too & he's been drinking a lot of water but is now complaining of chest pains too. His heart rate is just a little high. About 126 bpm. How concerned should I be?
