Having Drowsyness, Neck Pain, With High BP. Taking Telma. Reason?

Hi Sir, two days onwards i am feeling very lazy and if i sleep on bed i feel my eyes are roaming. i am having High BP i am using telma H 40 Mg every day since 3 years. I am also suffer with pain below neck . I went hospital as per doctor advise i am taking vertin 8 mg last days onwards. Even if i feel very drowzee. what is the reason advise pls. My BP condition is normal 120/80

Hello.You are complaining of neck pain and.giddiness.It could be due to cervical spondylitis.Ypu canhave a neck xray talen and take a course of physiotherapy and neck strengthening exercises.Vertin in my experience does not help much.Consult an orthopaedician
