My boyfriend medical result yesterday is enlargement of heart it makes him nervous. He told the medical staff that he still wants to marry me and raise a family. He told me this earlier by the phone i tried to be cheerful and told him thats ok just avoid salty foods and cigarettes. After talking on the phone i browse google to know more about his med result also what food to eat, but not satisfied... please help me what foods to eat..... thank you... he is 37
