Hello,
It is very difficult to make the diet chart for you without knowing your preference of food and whether you are vegetarian or non vegetarian. So for this it would be best on your part to consult some dietician.
Your target should be to control your diabetes meticulously so that future micro as well macro vascular complications can be avoided.
Things for you to do....
Get a complete check up of lipid profile, kidney funtion tests, urinalysis and eye examination.
Since you are overweight, you must reduce your weight by cutting calorie intake and doing daily aerobic exercises for at least 30 minutes.
Quit smoking and alcohol.
Avoid junk foods like pizzas and burgers and colas.
Take more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.( avoid mango, grapes, banana, cheeku ).
Keep a regular date with your doctor.
Avoid sweets and deep fried foods.
Thanks
