Having Fever. Prescribed Cram Syp, Chestoncold , Meftal P And Tab Prisium. What To Do?

Hi doctor, my daughter 3.10 yrs having high fever in the morning consult with doctor, Doctor give cram syp, chestoncold , Meftal p and tab prisium. 3 dose of medicine given but now she had 101 degrees temp. In the night. Chestoncold & Meftal-p given after dinner but temp Not coming down,wet cloth on forehead given but high fever is still there. Kindly suggest what to do? And further if temp go higher then give advice what to do further?

seem to beviral as it i behaving like viral
there is iverdose of paracetamol as cheston cold and meftal p both have paracetamol
and this may be lowering platelet count which increases the fever further
get platele count
need hyderotherapy toraise platelets
that is liuid in any form may be 2 teaspoon ful to maximum in 20 mts
strict bed rest
use light antibiotic antacd gel bd
switch over to siple anti allergics
use syp meftall its tds even if there is no fever
not meftal p
