Having Fever, Heacache And Heat Boils. Taking Azithromycin And Paracetamol. Suggestions?

Hi my name is Nimi, My husband, a 35-year-old has been having fever for the past 2 days and a severe constant headache, he also has small heat boils like appearances here and there on his body. Just wondering what it could be, He is on Azithromycin and Paracetamol, but his headache has not reduced. Can I have your suggestions. Thank You!

Hello Nimi,
The drug Azithromycin is a antibiotic and will check over any underlying bacterial infection, and the drug paracetamol will control his fever.These two drugs are adequate for common fever.
The point which is bothering is appearance of heat boils like lesions. You have to check whether its due to allergic reaction to azithromycin, if its allergic then you should stop taking azithromycin and change over to other antibiotic.
