Having Hard Pimple Under Eyebrow. How To Treat It?

I have a hard ball like pimple right under me eyebrow where the fold of my eye is. It started growing almost a year ago. I ve tried hot compresses, popping it, squeezing it etc. nothing works. Its hard and now seems like its getting a little dark color to it.

Since the lesion is persisting since a year, I would like to rule out a lesion of a basal cell carcinoma.
It also starts as a small pimple like lesion which tends to slowly increase in size.
The site that you are developing the lesion tends to point towards this diagnosis.
I would advise you not to touch or try various treatments of your own.
You should see a nearby dermatologist for the management of the same and for confirmation of the diagnosis.
