Having Headache And Pain In Neck After A Fall. Should I Continue Taking Pills?

hi my names jewels reti , 2012 in late november i was on a swing with my mate sitting on top of me and we both went flying off , she landed safely and i landed on the top of my vertibre with my body flying over top i was knocked out for 8mins and did not go to doctors about it straight away , every 3 months my neck continues to play up and it remains in pain to the point where i can not move it for days , since the incident i have been tnting bad mind grains and head aches , is thr a real problem or should i just keep doing what my doctor says and take pills for the rest of my life

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
It seems there was a trauma to your neck and probably a vertebral trauma. The same can be confirmed by doing an MRI scan of the neck. You may continue taking the medicines but the main way of getting treated would be to exercise regularly.
