Having Headache, Nausea, Tingling Feeling In Hands. History Of Migraine. Easy Way To Get Cure

For the past few days, I've been getting moderately painful headaches and feeling nauseas as a result. I've had a history of migraines in the past. I am 18, 5'9", and 130lbs. When I lay on my side, I feel cold despite having layers on and multiple covers over me, and I get a tingling feeling in my hands that feels slightly painful and turns to numbness. When I lay on my stomach, I overheat and sweat. I've only felt this as of recently, a week maximum.
