Having High BP, Increased Pulse Level. Taking Exercise Regularly. Reason?

Hey I'm 28 years old with an average weight of 185 pounds throughout the year. I exercise regularly throughout the week, and drink a lot of water as well. My test just revealed that I have a Blood Pressure level of 135, and a pulse of 115. Is this bad? I also currently don't take any medications, and I'm adopted so I don't know any of my medical history.

Hi,
Go for regular blood pressure and pulse check up and keep record.
If you get blood pressure and pulse rate high, consult your doctor and get examined.
Avoid stress.
Ok and take care.
