Hi..my girlfriend is having problems of irregular menstrual cycle problem since so many day due to that she is under stress. I read your artical that sexually active can help for regular menstruation cycle. is it so???? Is that will help to solve her problem??

Yes there is a possibility that sexual activity can regularize menstural cycle.

As there occur change in hormonal levels in body with sexual activity.

However it cannot be considered as a therapy.

Complete check up is needed.

Please take her to a gynaec.
