Having Itchy Legs. Skin Dry, Discolored And Has Rashes. Having Bumps Due To Scratching. Taking Bee Pollen Capsules. Help?

For the last week or 2 my legs have been very itchy. My skin is not dry, discolored, or has had any rashes...until today. I woke up this morning and I had 6 random bruises, each the size of a pencil eraser, on my lower thighs near my knees. I have still been very itchy all day today. All of the sudden I started feeling very itchy right at the crease of my bikini area. When I went to check it out, I noticed a bunch of tiny bumps that have turned red due to my scratching. I am confused as to what is going on. I have had no sexual contact in 7 months, and the only meds I have been taking are Bee Pollen capsules. There has also been no change in soaps and detergents.
