Having Itchy Pimple Like Bumps Around Anus. Found Lice Like Insect. Lice Grow Fast And Give Foul Smell And Slimy Sweat. Get Rid Of This?

i have on my scrotum, my inner thighs and going down toward my anus and around my anus itchy pimple like bumps. I don't know what it is. At one point I thought it was lice because they look like lice especially since they like to be around the hair, then it causes the hair to disappear. I have used lice spray, then i thought it may have been a fungal skin infection so i used those anti fungal spray with clotromozole (sp?), lamisil, etc...but nothing seem to work. And i don.t know what it is. I have used a tweeser to put out a few and it seem like their a million of them when you pull them out ...it always seem to be attached to others. On my dark skin they look white. And they have a rapid regrowth because eventhough i pull them out in the morning in a few more hours i will have to pull out more. They also give off a foul smell and a slimy sweaty secretion. I really want to know what it is and how can i get rid of it
