Having Itchy Scrotum.

on my scrotums dorsal side there is continue severe sweet itching till bleeding therev is swelling also from 3 years it stops after apply tropical steriods what cani take to remove permanently this problem.

This is due to medogat doshaj,take 2 spoons of coconut oil with 1 spoon neem tailam,apply thrice a day & also use same dose internally for 14 days.
