Having Large Size Follicle In Left Ovary. Endometrium Size Decreased From 405 To 6.5. Reason?

Hi , I am kavitha with age 26 years . On 11th day of the Follicle scan report my left ovary had two large size follicles created.But, on 14th day of scan they are nill and a smaller follicle in right ovary. Endometrium size was 405 in first scan and now it 6.5 .No fluids found. Can you inform me the change of pregancny?

Thanks for the query.
Usually if the ovarian follicles rupture, free fluid in the pouch of D
douglas can be seen.
According to your ultrasound report, the possibilities are :
-Ovulation might have occurred and fluid got absorbed or may not be visualized in ultrasound.
-First appearance of large size follicles was a wrong finding.
Your endometrial thickness is also some what low.
Usually at the time of ovulation around 8 mm thickness will present.
You wait till your expected date of periods, if you miss the periods go for pregnancy test once.
