Having Light Brownish Discharge. HPT Positive. Scan Shows Only Pod Collection. What Could It Be?

hello doctor,
i normally have a regular cycle but i missed my periods last month and this month i could see slight brownish spotting/discharge thrice on alternate days. hpt showed positive. but ut scan shows no evidence of pregnency but a mild pod collection. now today again iam having slight pain in the abdomen and little brownish discharge....what could this be?.....

You should consult a gynaecologist to rule out ectopic pregnancy because your symptoms are suggestive of ectopic pregnancy.
