Having Loose Stools, Stomach Pain. No Relief After Taking Loperamide. Need Further Medication

Hi. Ism having loose motion problem. After taking loperamide also it doesn't stop. But no stomach pain.two to three daysloosemotion problem afterwards it stops and again after three days having loose motion problem. What could be the reason. Now
I have come to USA. I will be here till Juneteenth and afterwards I will be going Togo to indonesia and till the ihave to tolerate. So suggest me a strong medicine.
