Having Lower Abdominal Pain. Missing Periods. Pregnancy Test Negative. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello right now I am having strong cramping pain in my lower abdomen . My period is 2 week late and i did a pregnancy test a week ago and it said negative. This paín started 2 days ago and i am so scared Because it is very painful i am pregnant or what is going on with me. It happened to me last time when i was pregnant but then i suffered a miscarriage so id know if it is going to happen again???

Hello,
In case your periods are not regular, please wait a while because the pregnancy test is negative.
Its most likely that you will get your periods soon.
In case you dont get them even after 2 weeks "late" as you have said, please repeat your pregnancy test again.
If your pain is very severe, please consult a gynecologist and get ultrasound scan of your abdomen done.
