Having Lucid Dreams, Manipulating Events While Dreaming. How Could This Be Stopped?

I continuously have lucid dreams and I wake up tireder than when I went to bed. I can manipulate events easily while dreaming. Unfortunately, there’s a part of my brain going “you’re dreaming, you’re not resting” while another part is going “stop thinking about it and go to sleep”. I rarely share that information because people look at me strangely. I’ve longed for dreamless nights for as long as I can remember. Most people want to lucid dream. I want to know how to stop.

Hi, it appears that you are a person with multi tasking, and many things kept in pending. So by tinking about them continuously, you are getting the same things in the dreams.
I advise you to follow some diversion procedures like yoga, meditation, reading books of your interest, and hearing music.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe alprazolam at night. Thank you.
