Having Massive Hair Fall, Suggested VB7 Hair, Finasteride, No Improvement. What Should I Do?

I am a 46 year woman. Having a massive hair fall ,lost half the quantity of my hair in last 3 weeks. Docs have suggested VB7Hair tablets, finasteride tablets 1 mg , regain 5% , renocia hair solution twice. Used for about 10 days. No improvement at all. Very depressed . Please help

H NO MEDICINE WILL CURE THE HAIRFALL WITHIN 10 DAYS.USUALLY ANY MEDICINE USED TO PREVENT HAIRFALL SHOULD BE USED FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS AS THE HAIR CYCLE PERIOD IS 3 MONTHS.IT IS OK OF THE MEDICINES YOU ARE USING BUT THEY SHOULD BE USED FOR LONG LONG TIME
