Having Micro Dots On My Chest. Is It Acne Or Due To Sweating?

HI doctor!! This is Arun, I have a small micro dots in my chest, i think its acne.. It been around for about 4 years now.. I get sweating frequently in that area but after work i will refresh myself by bathing.. Doctor consulted its not acne, Give me a remedy to get rid of that dots please and tell me what is that exactly

It does not look like acne at all.
It may be sebaceous cyst or other cystic lesion.
You need to consult dermatologist for the same.
removal of the lesion is the best thing we can do.
It is single session procedure and very safe.
