Having Multiple Cut Marks In Hand From Blade. Is There Any Side Effect Of Plastic Surgery?

Hi i am Naina from Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. I have a multiple number(300-350) of cut marks on my hand which i have done by blade. It has been 6 yrs. As i am going to get married soon and i need to omit this cut marks. can u please suggest me what i have to do. If i ll go for a plastic surgery then where nearby bhubaneshwar and how much approx cost? And if any other effect???
