Having Noticed A Little Lump On Top Of The Tear Duct

Hi, I went to GP today and he send me to specialtist bec he thinks I got BCC. He said he is 90% sure.
I got a little lump on top, just above the tear duk. I notice it about a month ago, first I thought it was some kind of pimple and try to squeeze it, but didnt work. Then I thought it was a sty and it will dissapear and since it seem to got bigger and didnt went away I finely decided to see a doctor. Could my doctor be wrong. I got referal to see the plastic surgen who specialising in cancer. can cancer really grow and appear that fast ?

Meaning of b cc is not under stood. No cancer can be diagnosed without biopsy. It appears to be infected mass. Antibiotic drop and oral antibiotic is to be given. Oral antibiotic and anal gesic is also required to be taken.
