Having Noticed Delay In Periods

Hi, I am Revathy, I have delayed periods for 13 days this month. I took pregnancy test as well, and it is negative. i don t knw the reason, usually menstrual cycle will be regular apprx 30-35 days every month. could you please help out knowing the reasons behind that? any suggestion to comeback to normal cycle?

you can take t.primoult 5mg 1-1-1 to get your period for 3 days.
watch your next cycle.
if it is irregular you need hormonal evaluation.
