Having Noticed Irregular Periods Due To A Cyst

Hi Doctor, Iam 27 years I have irregular periods from Dec 2012. I did the scan and got to know there was a cyst. I took homeopathy medicines for 6 months and later in July 2013 I did the scan again as my periods was still irregular (high bleeding usually for 10 or more days and unfixed dates) the scan report was normal and the cyst was not present anymore. Hormone and thyroid test were also normal. Then doctor gave me tablets for 3 months to regularise the period. I stopped working in August. From August to February my periods was normal. Cycle was 26-30 days. During this period I was at home and there was no much physical activity. I used to feel very tired and then got to know tht my hemoglobin was low. I started taking iron tablets for 1 n half months. In feb again I got job. I missed the periods in March. I did the pregnancy test and it was negative. Doctor asked me to take meprate 10mg, 2 tablets per day for 5 days. And I got the periods on 5 day after finishing the course in April. In last 2 weeks I have found that if I pull my abdominal skin upwards then I can see a small lump on my left pelvic area. It is not painful. I am really scared now. I recently got married and I don t want to make everyone sad by knowing that I would have cancer. Please suggest what I should. Are these actually the symptoms of cancer?
