General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

If I were your treating doctor, after a thorough physical examination with special reference to the head and neck area including oral cavity, I might refer you to a general surgeon/ENT specialist for a possible FNAC if need be (fine needle aspiration cytology) to know the nature of the lumps for an appropriate plan of management. I might also go for a thyroid function test along with routine blood tests.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
