Having Noticed Sore Throat,back Pain & Heavy Periods?

hello, im not sure if i should go to the doctor for this but lately ive been having a sore throat, lower back pains, heavy periods, heavy fatigue & i get headaches every so often i looked it up online to see what my symptoms showed and it said possibly pregnant, or a PID im not sure what it could be because i havent gained any weight.

Hello,

In pregnancy, there is most and most commonly amenorrhea ( absence of periods), not heavy periods.

But still if you had unprotected intercourse perform upt or usg, as it can be due to miscarriage. sore throat, lower backpain, headache, fatigue can be due to normal flu.

PID usually present with abdominal pain and abnormal discharge.
