Having Oily Skin With White Hard Bumps On It. How To Get Rid Off It?
I m a 25 yr old female and I have oily skin that whit bumps on it especially around my nose they get hard so I scrub them off with a washcloth in the shower my face then gets smooth but red and raw after a few days my face starts to peel and the white hard bumps come back so I scrub again it s a cycle how do I stop the white hard bumps and peeling
You seem to have very mild acne in the form of white heads.
You should not scrub it off with a cloth as it might lead to redness and post inflammatory hyper pigmentation which requires a prolonged treatment.
To treat these you may do as follows.
-Get your white heads extracted in a clinic on a regular basis. -Use a salicylic acid based face wash twice a day. -Apply adapalene cream at night by prescription. -You may take a few sessions of chemical peels in a clinic. -Apply a non comedogenic water based sunscreen in the morning.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
