Hello dear,

First of all, do not take the sinus medicines and pain killers without the advice of a Physician...it may be harmful.

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Migraine
2. Tension headache
3. Cluster headache
4. Sinusitis

So, kindly consult your Physician & get a proper clinical examination done.
Investigations like complete blood count, X ray of the paranasal sinus & CT scan of the brain will be helpful.

Sometimes such symptoms can also occur due to difference in the refractive power of both the eyes.
A proper refractive examination will be helpful in this regard.

Wishing you a Good Health.
Thanks & take care.
