Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that due to anal intercourse there might be some injury to penile urethra and frenulum giving rise to this problem.
In anal intercourse there is always more friction on penis and fore skin leading to injury.
Nothing to worry, gradually it will be alright.
Avoid sex, either anal or vaginal sex for few days.
Clean fore skin of penis by averting fore skin and apply antibiotic cream if that part is sore.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
