Having Pain In My Left Hand And Shoulder. Echo Done. On Atocor. Treatement?

SIR , I AM NIRANJAN NAYAK FROM VISAKHAPATNAM . I HAVE PAIN IN MY LEFT SHOULDER & HAND . I HAVE CHEK UP WITH CARDIOLOGIST ON TMT IT ISD NEGETIVE & ECHO THE IMPRESSION IS CONC LVH & MILD MR . NOW I AM 48 YEARS MALE & 52 KG WT 5FT2" HEIGHT . MY BP IS 120/70 , SUGAR NORMAL , THYROID NORMAL , CHOLOSTROL ALSO NORMAL ,FATTY LIVER. . BUT I HAVE PAIN IN LEFT ARM & CHEST SOMETIME .I WAS TAKING ATOCOR-10MG SINCE OCT'12 DUE TO CHOLOSTROL & FATTY LIVER . HE HAS NOT ADVISED ANY MEDICINE NOW . PLEASE ADVISE

Normal exercise ECG and ECHO practically exclude ischemic heart disease...
     The hand and shoulder pain may from local causes or nerve root irritation. Have MRI of the cervical spine and shoulder; go for orthopaedic consultation.
