Having Pain In Right Testis, Mild Pain At The Tip, Pain While Coughing, Sometimes Hard. Reason?

i m 25 years old. i have pain in my right testis , more often i am having mild pain at the tip of my right testis. but some time it is very hard , that time even i cough it pains very hard.i have noticed that when i m havein pain , the tip of my right testis gets hard and the nerves which go out from that also get harden. i have pain almost daily , i can not work out nor i can do any physican exercise.

Thanks for your query,Based on what you have pasted it appears that you have Rt Epididymitis.Please get your routine Urine examination and Haemogram done .The final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and Ultrasound scanning So please consult some Urologist for confirmation Take some antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac and serropeptidase for 10 days.Drink plenty of water at least 5-6 litres in 24 hours.Itshould recover in 10 days.
