Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding painful red tonsils, headache, body ache and pain in shoulders.

Your symptoms are in favour of acute tonsillitis, you are already taking antibiotics but not getting much relief. If possible than with due concent of your treating doctor you may add following to your treatment-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Anti inflammatory.

3- Warm saline gargling.

4- Decongestive cough syrup.

Probably you will get relief.

Regards.
