Having Painful Paper Cuts On The Palms. What Is The Reason For This?

Hi, I would like to help a friend that I attended grade school with several years ago. She has papercuts all over both hands and they are extremely painful as you well know the pain of one papercut. This has been happening for many years now and if you can help with this situation this woud be nice. She has not had any doctor who knows the answer at this time. Do you? I am not questioning your ability as a trained doctor. Doctors are ever in the learning stages and your intelligence with people who may know the answer. Thank you.

main and common reason for her problem is dry and sensitive skin .
when skin become more dry it break down and paper cuts develop and are very painful
she need to apply good moisturizer cream and antibiotic over cuts
in severe case steroid is very helpful
she need to consult dermatologist for proper treatment
in many case we can not sure the disease ,but can control it .
