Having Patch Of Red Dots Under The Skin Near Ankle For Years And Leg Feeling Sore. What Is It?
My right lower leg has a patch of many small, under the skin, tiny red dots, patch is close to the ankle. My leg feels a bit sore... I am not sure what this is and I do not have any medical conditions. As it is under the skin, it does not appear to feel or act like a rash. I have had this before in very small quantities over the past 10 years but lately it has flared up out of control. It is hard to describe, they look like small red dots, many of them, and I can't seem to find anything linked to the cause or an effective treatment
HI Thank for asking to HCM The spots and the pain of leg may not be related with each other they would be two different conditions as long as the spots are concern it may be a atypical dermatitis may be atopic one, the skin diagnosis is depends upon the visual examination of lesion else it is game of guessing only, you can try some steroid containing cream for few weeks if it is not responded then you better have opinion from skin specialist hope this will be helpful in taking decision have nice day.
