Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

If you do not have burning while passing urine and drink lots of water, you do not have a urinary infection.

The bright neon color of urine is because of jaundice which happens in liver infections. You need to consult a doctor and get clinically examined. They will check your eyes and skin for yellowish discoloration and ask you to get blood tests for liver function including bilirubin levels. Should you have any liver infection, you must observe proper food hygiene and avoid taking oily foods for a while. Drinking water should be clean and pure.

For abdominal pain and cramps, an ultrasound scan may be asked to know if there is any problem in liver, kidneys, spleen and urinary bladder.

Hope this helps
