Having Peripheral Vision, View Blurred With Little Lights. How To Rectify?

I am having strange vision problems. It started with my parrifial vision a couple weeks ago. it was blurriness and little lights. And that lasted a better part of a day. This morning i saw a strange design that started in my left parriffial view, and extended in to my main field of view. A crook line (if u will) that was made up of smaller lines that looks like little lights. The line of strange blurriness and lights went from the bottom of my left parriffial view then curved into my main field of vision. I am very worried because i have always had better than 20/20 vision.

Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Check out a couple of things.
- did u have any injury/strain just before your ocular issue started?
- do you have double vision /total blackout / hazy vision in both halves of the line?
- since you haven't mentioned your age, any systemic issues like diabetics/hypertension/ migraine ?
- Is it progressing?

It could be an acute PVD/ Retinal detachment(which requires an emergency management)/ simple flashes with vitreous fibrosis noticed in your migraine episode( which can be observed).

I would recommend you to get an eye examination done at the earliest, with a detailed dilated fundus/retinal examination to know what it is. As previous 20/20 vision doesn't matter as this episode is a fresh one and needs attention now.

Lets hope your get relief soon. Take care.
