Having Pimples And Black Heads In Butt. Suggest

I have butt pimples and black heads, some really painful and hurt when sitting. They rang from the size of a pea to a dime size and are all over my inner thighs and butt. The black heads are all on my inner thighs and are everywhere. I started getting them when I was 11 and they have just gotten out of control the past 7years. It's embarrassing and I need something to help. Any advice?..

It is a severe form of acne .
You need to visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Isotretinoin is a wonderful drug which can help you to get rid of the problem.Discuss the option with your dermatologist.
