Having Pressure, Burning Sensation Behind Right Ear, Lump Behind Ear. What Could Be This?
for past couple of weeks, I have experienced a kind of pressure/tingling/burning sensation behind my right ear. this fluctuates across the day. For as long as I can remember, I am 52 now, I have had a small lump behind my right ear, but have never previously felt anything from this so have ignored it.

From history it seems that you might be having impacted wax or some infection in middle ear giving rise to these problems.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
After examination go for treatment accordingly.
