Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You have not mentioned your age and sex.
Your problem seems to be due to hand dermatitis either a contact allergy or may be due to occupational reasons.
If you are able to tell exact nature of your job or habit I can tell the exact cause of your problem.
Application of a steroid cream with antibiotic along with an antihistamine and antibiotic will cure your condition. If you are able to pin point the cause then it will not recur if you eliminate the reason.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
