Having Rashes On Buttocks Along With Bleeding, Headache After Bitten By Dog. Doctor Analyses As Fungal Problem. Anything To Worry?

My son got bitten by my neighbors dog in the hip area. Ever since then he has been getting a terrible rash on is buttocks which has been bleeding. Also he has been getting headaches almost every day. The doc we go to won't listen to me when I say I think it is from the dog. They keep saying its a fungul problem. The owner of the dog has refused to show anyone the shot records including the police and health department. So as far as we know she has not had any shots. Could they be related.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your concern, but here the clinical examination is very very necessary, without this it is not possible to say anything, the proper examination of wound is important and the history too, you better consult to some expert who deals such cases ( Zoonotic) you will get a better advise from there take care of your child and have great day
