Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HealthcareMagic.
As per your query you you have recurring bumps on the skull bone which are sore and itchy.
The characteristic feature gives us the indication of acute nature of the problem as bacteria infection with pus at the local site.
The area at and near hair line is quite prone for bacterial infection by bacterial contamination as well friction resulting in inflammation of the hair roots.
For the betterment kindly follow the below:
- Do not scratch or even try to touch the area unnecessarily.
- You can do
cold water compresses to reduce any discomfort.
- stay away from hot and humid climate.
- Do not wear any hat or anything coming in contact with the affected area.
- Apply any antibacterial cream such as
fucidin or
mupirocin or
gentamicin 2 times a day in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to naked eye.
The
lymph node is swollen because of the infection so no need to be worried for the same. You will be alright soon by above measures.
I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health"
Regards,
