Having Severe Hair Loss On Crown On Head. Using Nutiderm Hair Loss Solution. Permanent Cure?

Hello Doctor. I had severe hair loss and my front part has very scanty hair with shiny patches . A dermatologist suggested me to use Nutiderm hair loss lotion. I am using it for past two months but m not seeing much difference. Please let me know if this can be treated and how long will it take to see difference when nutriderm is used
