Having Severe Lower Back Pain. Have Thyroid Problem. On Medication. Feeling Restless, Headache

hii ths is anjali i m 30 years old.....n mother of a 2 years old daughter.....i m suffring from thyroid ......n frm last 3 years i m hvng sevoir lower back pain ......taken lot of medication but of no use.....now a days i feel very lazzy,restless,continuess headaque....i m afraid are thez sign of any serious desiease.....plez help me out....

can post test results?
how often is the back aching?
is an Xray or MRI spine done?
